where has percy been sleeping?

in our bed.
every nite.

as i whinged about to my parents group today (sorry guys) she doesn't just wake up, have a little whimper, roll over and drfit off again. she kneels up, screams in ear-shattering volumes, thrashes her head about and won't be calmed by anything. anything that doesn't involve her being held by me.
last nite i think we determined it's at least partly about teeth coming thru. she woke up at 9:30pm this time (arrggghhh- so early!) she settled and we snoozed a short while 'til 10:45 when she woke up to seriously let loose again. she was very hot. i didn't actually take her temperature but i know she must have been a little elevated. i took her out of her sleeping bag and gave her a dose of baby pain and fever dimetapp. paul brought me some big cushions so i could sort of sit up to craddle her but still be pretty much asleep myself. (yeah right.) he also gallantly slept on the couch (again) so we could have the bed.
she cuddled quietly, finally falling asleep properly at 1am. she slept ok, me mostly ok 'til 7am, when paul left for work. poor bastard.

let's hope these teeth hurry up, we can get back to sleeping all nite- in our own beds! and that's it's not something else.
p.s. paul definately saw two more teeth emerging in her jaw this evening.
