we all caught the train into the city yesterday for an explore of the botanic gardens. percy walked a good way along mrs mcquarie's bushland walk. then we sat down for some morning tea before moving on to the ponds and geographical gardens. we only spotted one, granted enormous, goldfish in the ponds but we did see countless fruit bats! percy was fascinated, tho she didn't heed our warnings of keeping her mouth closed while looking up.
